This property was extremely clean and the host was amazing at communicating and greeting us upon arrival. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The roof top deck was great for morning coffee with a view. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished it had been longer. We highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Located near major sites. Can easily walk to Omicho Market and traditional "geisha" districts and the Castle and Garden. Great breakfast available and 2 konbinis are near by for food, beverages, and snacks. Easy to flag down taxis when necessary. Keyless and cardless locks, just remember 4digit code. Reduces a lot of fumbling. Great value. Our room had a separate toilet with sink from the sink/shower/full bathtub.
